This position requires communication via email, phone, or in-person with contractors, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and others in relation to the construction process. In-house communication with fellow team members is also important and will occur every day.
This position reports directly to the partners of River Street Architecture, LLC.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are also important as the CPM may be working on several different projects at once.
